Our Ethos

We believe that Reef is a great place to work: the bosses know your name, we organise regular lunches on Reef for all the staff to get together and every few months or so there is a big company night out where staff from different productions and departments mix together. And there are always biscuits in the kitchen and cake on birthdays. Prioritising the well-being of staff and contributors has been key to the success of the company.

Reef is committed to giving young talent the breaks to flourish. We actively seek out staff from all backgrounds and encourage their development at every stage of their career through training, mentorship and promotion.
